The grapes were crushed and kept cold on the skins for 8 hours to achieve the lovely pale salmon pink colour. The nose is bursting with floral and perfumed notes while the palate has flavours of raspberry, strawberry and spice.
A very pale rose gold coloured wine showing some floral & spicy notes on the nose, with mouth filling flavours of melon and white peach. The wine has a long, fresh and clean finish with some texture giving it layers of flavor which enhances its food friendliness.
Fresh citrus & ginger spice on the nose with a cleansing palate showing some pink grapefruit & lime juice. It is light and crisp with a clean, lingering finish which is suitable to drink now but will also cellar well under the screwcap seal.
